Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with the product, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right. You can send an email to help@kissanddwell.com.

We offer refunds if you meet the following:

(1) Items must be sent in the same condition as you received it.

(2) Email us at help@kissanddwell.com. You must include: Name, Order Number, and why you are requesting a refund.

We have a 30 day money back guarantee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund and it make take 3-5 business days to process through your bank.

REPLACEMENTS

If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you. You may need to return the wrong item with a prepaid shipping label (return label is generated by our customer service representatives via email/chat/phone). You must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item to start the replacement process.

If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it. You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.

If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number. We would require you to provide a claim id from the local post office and validate it, as soon as the review is complete, we will be sending a replacement.

RETURNED TO SENDER

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at help@kissanddwell.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details. Once we process the order we are not able to change the address and we are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order might have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and fulfillment. Please do drop us an email at help@kissanddwell.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items.

WARRANTIES

Our refund and replacement policy is 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions; customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
